GIFT CARD POLICY:
Giftcards must be presented at the time of redemption. Radiance Day Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen giftcards. All giftcards and e-giftcards are only associated with a unique code, and are not tracked in the system via purchaser's or recipient's name or information.
Present your gift card or e-gift card at time of service; the available balance will be applied towards your retail purchase of spa products and services. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and if lost, stolen or damaged, will not be replaced. If your gift card remains inactive for 12 consecutive months, a service charge of $3.00 per month will be deducted from its balance until the card is depleted. If after 5 years there is still a balance left on an inactive card, the leftover balance is no longer valid.
